Anna and Jonathan Busta are the husband-and-wife team behind Busta Studio, a woman-owned interior design firm founded in 2004. With a shared passion for design and complementary backgrounds, they bring a distinct, collaborative approach to each project.

Anna studied Interior Design and Fine Arts at the renowned Parsons School of Design, launching her career as part of the in-house design team for W Hotels, led by Barry Sternlicht. This experience laid the foundation for her refined sensibility and deep understanding of hospitality environments. Jonathan studied Scenic Design at the University of Cincinnati, later applying his creative and technical expertise in a role at technology firm Holland + Heim before joining Busta Studio.

Busta Studio’s diverse portfolio includes hospitality, corporate, aviation, and high-end residential projects. Their work is characterized by a refined architectural language, a harmonious material palette, and carefully curated contemporary furnishings. Their design process is fully integrated—from space planning and construction to custom millwork, custom furniture and lighting design, procurement, and final styling.

Based in Litchfield, Connecticut, Anna and Jonathan live and work side by side, designing for clients throughout North America.
